Cancellation and refund : 1. Either of the Parties may opt out of this agreement with Three-month notice to the other party. 2. If any case if either of the Parties is not able to serve the Three-month notice period, the violating party has to pay for the remaining period as per the pricing decided above. Jurisdiction 3. That this agreement shall be construed and governed by the laws of India 4. That the Civil Courts in Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction for matter relating to this Agreement including Arbitration Proceedings. 5.
